Terms of Use

These terms of use govern the ArubaJewelers website and the private viewings we arrange through it. They are short, because the service is simple. However, please read them before you rely on anything here.

Terms of use: gold rings shown by private viewing

The service these terms of use cover

ArubaJewelers shows diamonds, fine jewelry and watches by private appointment in Aruba. A booking is a request for a private viewing; availability changes daily, so a specific item is confirmed when we reply. Prices are quoted in person, in US dollars, and are final when you decide to buy.

Availability and descriptions

Availability changes daily. We describe every piece in good faith, with laboratory reports for diamonds and written appraisals stating metal, stones and treatments. Therefore, please verify the paperwork before you pay, and keep it with your invoice.

Returns, warranty and brands

Every purchase comes with a written return policy and warranty, which we hand you at the viewing. We are an independent jeweler and not an authorised retailer of any watch or jewelry brand; brand names, where used, describe the piece. The GIA explains what a diamond report does and does not cover.

Content and liability under these terms of use
