Appointment Policy
This appointment policy explains how private viewings at ArubaJewelers work. It is short, because the process is simple: you tell us what you would like to see, we confirm a time, and you visit with no obligation.

Booking under this appointment policy
Request a viewing through the form, on WhatsApp or by email. We reply during Aruba business hours, usually within a few hours, and confirm the time and place in writing. A request is not an appointment until we confirm it.
What a booking reserves
A booking reserves our time and the preparation of pieces in the styles and budget you gave us. Availability of any specific piece changes daily, so we confirm what we can show you when we reply. Photos on this site illustrate styles; they are not a reservation of a specific item.
Appointment policy for changes and cancellations
Message us and we move or cancel the viewing. There is no charge for a viewing, no deposit and no obligation to buy. Similarly, if you are running late, tell us and we adjust. Cruise-day visitors often book the day before and confirm on the morning of the call; that works well for us too.
Where and when
Viewings run seven days a week in season, in Aruba time. We confirm the place when we confirm the time, and for some pieces we can come to your resort. Because we prepare each viewing in advance, please give us a few hours’ notice where you can; however, same-day requests are welcome and often possible.
Cookies and your details
We use your details only to arrange the viewing and, if you buy, to keep your appraisal and warranty on file. The site uses cookies for analytics and, where enabled, advertising measurement; see the privacy policy. Aruba’s official visitor information is at the Aruba Tourism Authority.
